Yoga every day.

Every session closes with a yoga-led wind-down. In Bold & Brave, yoga is woven through the entire week.

Glow and Flow with Kiley

Certified Yoga Instructor

Each camp day ends with a calming yoga-led wind-down — breathing exercises, stretching, and a moment to decompress before pickup. It's a genuine reset after a high-energy day, and kids love it more than they expect to.

In Session 4 (Bold & Brave), yoga is front and center all week — framed as athletic preparation and mental focus, not just relaxation. Think power poses, partner balance, and a guided visualization before Thursday's championship.
